Terms of Service

All orders placed with LowCo TCG LLC are non-cancelable. In the rare event that LowCo TCG LLC permits an order to be canceled, a 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total amount (product total + shipping). This fee covers the non-refundable payment processor charges incurred with each order. If an issue arises due to an error on LowCo TCG LLC’s part (e.g., damaged product, incorrect inventory count), the 3% fee will be waived.

LowCo TCG LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, and tracking information will be sent to the email provided during the checkout process.
